Lindsey has 17 years’ experience in training and development, mainly with clients in the telecoms, engineering, technology, aerospace and defence sectors. She enjoys helping teams to achieve peak performance through improved communication, leadership and decision-making and by improving their business processes. She likes to make training workshops fun and to teach others to think creatively.
A Master Practitioner in Neuro Linguistic Programming, Lindsey uses NLP techniques to help people enhance their personal effectiveness in areas such as communication, influence, leadership, assertiveness, conflict resolution and decision-making.
She has also written on-line learning programmes and tutors on the Open University MBA. |
